There are both changes and clarifications. I will, however, upload an even newer version soon as five more things have changed since, so stay tuned.
Good, because I'm planning to play the game during Christmas and last time I've played was 8 months ago. I have already printed the new player sheets and I'm waiting for the newest ruleset.
Part 1 is all the rules. Part 2 is the science-y part which has nothing to do with the rules. Unfortunately, the .pdf is way too large in a single part, so I've had to split it in two. Part 2 is coming soon.

There's always a possibility. There've been 8 or so changes in the past week after quite some time of no changes at all, so you never know. From here one out I would hope it's mostly minor stuff.

Pages 13-24 haven't changed at all.
Since the version of the rules that I have printed is the last one {before the new changes started to appear} it should be fairly easy to list the new changes.
Are there anywhere specific so that I do not have to reprint the entire manual again? I see some changes in red in the PDF but are all of the new changes marked with red or only the latest ones?
A list of what changed these last two months would be greatly appreciated.
