Tuckboxes version SLEEVED. Make sure to print at 100% (if scale to fit, boxes will be too small).
I don't know if different sleeves have different thicknesses, but this tuckbox fits snuggly with Mayday Games' purple label standard USA sleeves.

I made two tuckboxes for the Option and Program card decks for the Avalon Hill reissue of Robo Rally. The tuck boxes previously posted were for an older edition of the game and they didn't actually fit the new cards (which are somewhat thicker). Photos have been posted to the RR gallery under the Creative tag.
Since your comment, I went and purchased sleeves for my cards and I can report that the original tuckboxes are NOT deep enough for the entire sleeved decks (these were created based upon un-sleeved measurements).
That being said, an update should be posted soon that will fit the sleeved cards - so look for version 2 in a couple days.
Just sleeved my cards with Mayday Sleeves. Printed both PDF files off and they are identical. Sleeved cards won't fit. Both files are for non-sleeved cards.
