Small application that figures out how to arrange your estate to fit in all the items you specify. Support 2nd builder or not (adjacency) and multiple of each items.
It certainly works for me and for whoever approved the submission. I've also tested it on various other computers. Are you using a very old operating system or a mac? It probably has dependency on some common windows libraries that you do not have installed.
