Thank you so much for posting this. Reading the rules, I just realized - there is mention of two pawns in the rules (black for timekeeping, white for first player), whereas the GMT page says "1 pawn" only. One of these must be wrong...

The rules are correct. The GMT page was put together long ago and reflects playtesting components both quantitatively and visually. A pawn has been added since then.
There are also 132 cards in the final version of the game, not the 130 we had when we started testing.
The GMT web-guru will undoubtedly update the preorder page as we get closer to the March release date.
