looks interesting. For me, I fliped the insert upside down to get 2 pockets, but everything fit in tightly.

Looks really nice! If I can find a supplier for black foamcore, I might try to craft this. Can you recommend any kind of glue ?

The best glue is resin based glue because it stay flexible and does not curve the card board. This is what is used for binding books.

I have taken a look, the separation does not really suit me, but I never though to assemble foam core tray. I always thought they would be too fragile. I might make something out of card board.

Right now, I turned the original tray upside down, which creates 2 narrow boxes, but places the center empty. The components fit tightly, but any expansion will require a reorganization.

Thumbs and GG to Enzo. I made the card trays from these plans and they work fine for me; the 5mm foamcore is quite sturdy. I used plain old Elmers Glue-All.

i hate when there is no proper way to organize the game in its box after u have opened it, im wondering have u any interested in doing 1 for a game of thrones the board game second edition ?
