Looks like maybe you might using non-standard fonts, since I'm receiving and errors regarding a missing "AgencyFB-Bold" when the document is loaded in the Firefox in-line Adobe Reader. Not sure if this is causing the red lines that I also see, but this is the first time I've seen this error when opening a pdf.
I still don't know what you mean with this. Aka it doesn't make sense to me. Some red dots are all over the place. Could you upload it with a different font? (same font missing. "AgencyFB-Bold" Used IE.
sorry, its seam to be a non-common font that not work on all file. I'm very busy with a prototype but after i have done i retry with a most common font.
This is how the file looks like on my screen (which I think looks correct; rcote 78 can double confirm)(FYI, ignore the strikethroughed texts and the red texts are additional notes). I also think it could be because of the font, like everyone said, but you guys can have a look at below image (if you like to) while rcote78 fix the problem soon.
