Nice try
Would be too easy

You can't save you from being poisoned by a treasure card. The exact sequence is:

1. Poisoned?: Add 1 Damage.
2. Heal?: If you have 0 HPs left:
- If 0 Healing Surges left, scenario is lost, else
- Discard 1 Healing Surge and remove Damage = Hero’s Surge value.
3. Treasure Cards?: may be used at any time from now on.

2. Activate Villain(s): If in play. If multiple, you choose order.

Nope, they activate in the order they were brought in play (just like the monster queue).

=====
- If Monster moves by tiles (ie not by adjacency), place on mushroom square. If occupied, place on vacant square of your choice on that tile.

Nope, if occupied, place on vacant square of your choice on that tile, as close as possible to the mushroom square (i. e. if there is a vacnt square on the tile adjacent to the mushroom square, it must go there).

=====
If it can’t move where it’s supposed to, it teleports as close as possible.

Nope, if it can’t move where it’s supposed to, it teleports as close as possible on the same tile. If it can’t move on the same tile, then it teleports as close as possible.

=====
- If there is ambiguity in monster placement, the active hero chooses and should choose in favour of the Heroes.

Nope, the active Hero does whatever he wants so the sentence should be:
- If there is ambiguity in monster placement, the active hero chooses.

I was pretty careful with this player aid, going through the entire Rules forum. Anyway, replies as follows:

Re saving yourself with treasure before the healing surge, my reference for this was the "Condition: Poisoned" section on page 9 which says "While poisoned, your Hero takes 1 damage at the beginning of the Hero Phase. Take this damage before using any Treasure cards and before checking to see if your Hero must spend a Healing Surge". Whilst maybe not definitive, I think it implies the sequence I have was correct. Do you have a reference otherwise?

Not sure where I found 2 but I think I'd read a reply on what to do if 2 villains came in at the same time. Happy to change this one though because I think you're probably correct.

Re monster movement, I'm not sure where you've got your interpretations from. The rules on page 11 say "if the mushroom patch square is occupied, place the Monster anywhere on the tile". It doesn't say anything about having to be as close to the mushroom square as possible. I believe the Heroes have tactical latitude here.

Re teleport, I've not seen any reference to your interpretation here either. I don't mind that as an interpretation, mind you, it's just that I haven't seen that interpretation (I think) in this rules forum. I'd be happy to change that if that is indeed the correct way to play. Do you have something to back it up?

Re active hero chooses, I put the last bit in because I'd seen that quote from a Peter Lee response, and it's all much of a muchness, but you're right, taking it out makes it more correct for less co-op type scenarios.

Thanks for reviewing.

Cheers
Patrick

Please accept my apologies Patrick, I was way out of tracks. I mixed up LoD rules and CR house rules we had to make up as all wasn't secured back then (I'm way too tired these days). All you remarks are correct.

Thanks for the Player Aid work.

A very nice rule. That would explain the 3 extra POWER STRIKE tokens. What is your reference? Is it somewhere in the RULEBOOK?

If not, wouldn't it be more fair if he would have a choice between 3 extra POWER STRIKE tokens or another UTILITY POWER?

Thank you for your time.

That was a clarification from the designer that I found in an early thread in the rules forum.
