Nice work. One small point, Phase 2 - restricted attachments. You can play more than 2 restricted attachments on a character. If you do, you must discard down to 2 restricted attachments at the end of this phase.

No, it is immediate. "If a third restricted attachment is ever attached to a character, one of the restricted attachments must immediately be moved to its owner's discard pile.
I prefer seeing other people's aids in Word and XL (rather than pdf's) so that if I download I can easily edit to my own preferences. So I provide mine in that format for others who think similarly.
But I'm told that if you use LibreOffice you can open the .doc file and save it right away as pdf (from the manu: "File -> Export as PDF").
I have a question concerning your "quest box", where you write: The Active Location is a buffer to the Quest card for ALL addition/removal of tokens.
FAQ 1.2 (1.05) tells us "When a card effect removes progress tokens from a quest or quest card, the effect applies specifically to the quest card, and never to the active location."
I think you should change the "addition/removal" to only "addition"
6.2.1 Choose an engaged enemy. There you should resolve "When X attacks". This is the case with Dol Guldur beastmaster, as clarified and corrected in the FAQ:
Quote:
Dol Guldur Beastmster CORE 91 Should read: "Forced: When Dol Guldur Beastmaster attacks..." The additional shadow card is dealt when the Dol Guldur Beastmaster is chosen during step 1 of enemy attack resolution.
EDIT: On the FFG forum, I was told that Snow Warg has "When Snow Warg attacks, deal 1 damage to the defending character, if able." Therefore, this has to be applied at the end of Step 2 of the Enemy Attack sequence :/ So "When X attacks" may be a bit fuzzy...
