Will a sleeved card with a sleeve size according to the recommendation of sleeves from FFG (56x87 mm) fit in the box?
Would be nice with a box for the Tides of Battle cards (sleeve size 41x63 mm).
I'll see if I could add something like that till Wednesday evening.
Refering to your first question: I think it will work out with your kind of sleeves. My sleeves are ~ 89mm in height and they crook the top of the tuckbox a little bit (... but that's ok for my purpose).
