I love the chart but I'm just curious if I'm reading something wrong. On the non time-out player you state, play as normal. Page 4 in the rule book under PLAY it says both players are permitted to do one of the following...so they both have the option to add a card from their discard pile or shuffle their hand into deck, then take an equal number of new cards. Wondering if you could fix the chart or clarify for me what I'm reading wrong.

Your interpretation is incorrect.
My chart says that the non timeout player may play as normal (and that this is one of his options in a timeout).

The problem is always clarity when trying to squeeze just a few words into a small space.
