Fixed a few typos, refined a few things.

I originally created this document to reduce downtime as I played the base game. Since I spent dozens of hours creating it, I thought I would share the fruits of my labor with fellow players. Comments/feedback welcomed. Enjoy!

This probability table allows one to make a more informed decision as to what to commit in a fire group with multiple participants. It provides a percentile probability of possible outcomes, i.e. KIA, Break, Some Effect and No Effect. Locate the firepower factor printed in "red" in the sub-table and refer to the appropriate modifier column which is listed as a minus, or a plus number or zero. On the left side of the main table is the Morale Level (ML) column of the targeted units. Cross-index this with the appropriate modifier column. Finally, refer to the sub-rows of the ML to see the probabilities of Break, Some Effect, and No Effect. Note the KIA row is not associated with the ML column. The table does not provide a display of probability regarding an infantry target stacked with a leader and the attending outcomes. But there are work arounds. Just remember to multiply one probability (P) with another. Example: P1 x P2 = P3 or 72% x 12% = 9% or 0.72 x 0.12 = 0.09 Michael Power Virginia Beach, VA

This is an Excel spreadsheet to help build forces using the values in the Squad Leader rulebook. It adds up the points used and provides warnings to keep choices balanced and feasible.

This is a simple scenario and example game turn. I used this to show the SL ruleset in action, when I taught non-wargamers the game during lunch breaks. Version 1.1

This is an alternate ordering of the SL ruleset (through the first scenario). I found it useful for episodic teaching during lunch breaks to non-wargamers. Version 1.0

The SL manual suggests building your own army using the points value overview. This xls does the calculating for you: just type your country (GE/RU/US) and army size and you can select any units from that list. Type the amount of units you want and the xls calculates your points total. It'll even notify you, if you've choosen more units than the basic SL box provides.

This scenario is used at the Australian Boardgame Championship - it has been thoroughly tested and fine-tuned.
