v1.3a: formatting fixes to v1.3 - margins, page overflows and inconsistent headers

Revisions to Andy Parson's excellent Guerilla re-write v1.2. This version is numbered v1.3. Not totally sure he will agree with all the edits. I have tried to be complete, but perhaps have re-introduced some clutter into the rules.

Version 1.2 of the rules re-write, with the rule on withdrawing complexes corrected.

I have put the rules of Guerilla into an order that makes better sense to me. Also included are reference tables for the event and red cards.

Guerilla Card Notes revised by Liumas. An excellent introduction to each of the cards, now revised and edited to fit on 2 sides of a page and be quicker and easier to read.
