Phoenicia is a great game marred by some questionable production choices. I created this file to replace the parts that bothered me the most. This file includes replacement development cards and replacement score tracks. The score tracks include a separate income track and victory point track. The rulebook for Phoenicia leaves something to be desired. This is a 14-page document that lays out the same information in a way that some might find much more logical. It helps me, I hope it helps you. v1.0 Rules are rewritten and posted. v1.1 This has a few minor formatting changes, a reworded setup paragraph, and an extra FAQ. If you already have 1.0, this shouldn't really be necessary.

This revised version 1.1 of the rules hopefully should answer any questions left open by the original printed rule. This is the official new German rule.
