Race the Headless Horseman to the Covered Bridge! Speak the ancient rites and sink the Island of the Unspeakable Horror! Sing carols and launch snowballs to disrupt the Nutcracker! Invent diving equipment to hunt the Bog Fiend! And notice the odd similarities between the ways to fight the Necromancer and Scenario Cards from Last Night On Earth! Version 3 has streamlined and improved game systems for searching Shadowbrook, new rules for using Allies as Guides, new rules for creting your own Tactics to envision your own brand of Vampires, Werewolves, Bog Monsters, etc., a new Banshee set of tactics and ...new tactics for the Shadow Witch! The purpose of it is to simulate the tactical options available in horror movies, such as destroying coffins, learning how to cage a werewolf, racing the spectal horseman and so forth - all things one can do to lessen the villain before the showdown and during gameplay. Such tactics are keyed to each villain and work if you have the base game or base plus expansions. The game mechanic is such: if you have a certain item, then you bring it to a certain Corner Location in the hopes of finding a matched paritcular Investigation /Danger /Minion in the discard pile. If so, you may trigger a particular tactic - there are four such per Villain (including villains from all expansions). . The Wendigo is a malevolent cannibalistic spirit appearing in the mythology of the Native American Algonquian people. The creature has been described as a tall lanky humanoid, gaunt to the point of emaciation, and with sickly gray desiccated skin pulled tautly over its boney frame. Those who encounter the Wendigo and survive contract a terrible affliction known as Wendigo Fever which plants the seeds of a gnawing cannibalistic hunger and drives them to run like mad through the wilderness. Those who succumb to the curse eventually become a Wendigo themselves. The Wendigo is designed to make use of the various Allies and Town Elder tokens that were included with the game. The few tokens which are missing have been provided as well. Special thanks to my friend Alex (Sin An Doigh Ileach) who helped play test and provided valuable feedback. Update Rev2: Thanks to those who playtested. Updated the Wendigo with some minor revisions that were suggested. Also added a short FAQ for any clarifications.

This's my version of the Mummy villain for all those Mummy Fans. I put it under Microsoft word 2003 or 2007. If you have any questions, please do ask.

Here's a PDF containing the reworded card and minion chart text found in the Flying Frog FAQ. The images are designed to be printed and placed on the cards and minion charts, preferably using some adhesive labels or blank stickers. Investigation deck card backs

The rules are simple: Draw an Investigation card at the start of the game and put it into play. When the Shadow Track crosses over into a new section TOWARDS Darkness discard the current Investigation card and draw a new one to replace it. Obviously you're free to develop alternative rules for drawing and placing quests but this way seems to be the most straightforward and easy to implement. Enjoy!
