This is a rewrite of the complete and corrected official rules for the game Battles of Westeros and all of its expansions. It is the product of fan collaboration, as documented in this geeklist: http://www.boardgamegeek.com/geeklist/87442/item/2121815#item2121815 All the rules contained in this document are official. For all rules questions, the designer, Rob Kouba, has been contacted. Rob also has been sent a copy of this document and has generously approved of the existence of this document. Additionally, this document lists corrections and clarifications for all official Battle Plans and optional rules. This document contains no images or setup instructions and is not meant to be a replacement for official publications pertaining to the Battles of Westeros game system.

This is a table to show how many units of which type are needed for Lannister side to play the scenarios. Its filled in for the base game scenarios, all the expansions up to brotherhood without banners, and the three bonus scenarios. I used this as base-data for painting as well, marking how many figures were already painted, to find out which scenarios could be played with full painted armies, and which ones i should paint next. Its version 1.0 :)

Cut out the hexes with the numbers on them and overlay on the map board so that you can roll a six-sided die when you need to determine a random direction, rather than using the 6 numbered chits provided with the game. Print at 100% to fit exactly on your map board.

By request I added an extended chart. The effect of one and two extra dice can be checked by using the next Rank (two Special ranks were added). If defender cannot escape and Morale Flags (Retreat results) are also treated as hits, shift one column left from what you'd be using. If Valor results are not hits, shift one column right. If Defender has Cover or Toughness, reduce the number of inflicted hits by the amount of Cover/Toughness. For example, Red Infantry with an extra die (Use Special 1 rank) against a Blue Cavalry Unit (no valor hits: use Red column) with Toughness 1 (#Hits reduced) has a 26.4% chance for inflicting one hit, and over 63% of attacks do not cause any hits (both 0 and 1 treated as 0) The previous version is also included, I like it's simple approach that gives a clue but does not try to solve everything :)

A simple sheet listing the probabilities of scoring a given number of hits with a Green/Blue/Red ranked unit with and without valor hits. Flag results and hits caused by retreating are not considered. For example, when a Blue unit attacks another Blue unit, it will probably cause one (43.9%) or two (26.4%) hits. For a Green Archer unit attacking a Red unit the chance for a total miss is 76.6%. Made mostly for myself to get a grasp of the deadliness of attacks.
