Two mistakes in the Phase Table:
1)Deployment cards (formerly placement cards) are put in the discard once bought but must be deployed if played (unlike Units with play abilities)
2)According to Zimeon: The Italin Effect is both triggered and executet in phase IV (you have time to refresh them until the end of your turn before they discard or return)
