Nightfall rules summary that I use to teach the game and to refresh my memory. Based on the v1.01 rulebook. Incorporates any clarifications from the official FAQ.

Reference sheet useful for quick referencing and provides a structured summary for teaching the game. This spreadsheet lists all the cards found on: http://nf.s3rvant.com/?mode=fullpics The spreadsheet includes all card text (Chain, Kicker, In-Play, etc.) along with the additional explanation text found on the linked website (thanks to the authors for making that available.) There are sorting filters on the following columns: Set, Card_Type, Order_Name, Order_Color, Chains_to_1, Chains_to_2, Kicker_Chained_from, Cost, Strength, and Health.

This is a Quick Reference for Nightfall & NF:Martial Law (doc version 1.14) Updated to reflect NF:Martial Law's rule additions and changes, and correct a few typos or mis-formatting. Well, it turned out that Martial Law didn't add enough rules bulk to merit a full extra page.:D So I decided to condense the existing phrasing a bit and shrink down some subhead fonts to squeeze the changes in and continue to fit it all on 1 sheet, front & back. I think I still managed to keep the information clear. Page one covers Draft & Setup, along with card & color references and variant rules. Page two outlines the standard game turn and provides a layout example. I print these using Adobe Reader v9.1 on letter-size 110lb cardstock. The layout has reserved top & bottom margins to permit the doc to be trimmed down to fit the box. Let me know if I missed anything or have any errors in the content. Note: I've found that 1/2" trimmed from both top & bottom permits the printout to fit into the 7-3/4" wide NF or NF:ML box.

Update v1.07 reflected David Gregg's latest FAQ update and some of the broad FAQ points I could squeeze in while keeping it to a two-sided single-page reference. I also corrected some inconsistent keyword capitalization & card-text quotation formatting. The layout's a bit tighter now, and some title fonts were reduced a little to make the new material fit.

Prior version v1.05 includes corrections per Gerg's recommendations, and updated the card reference images to provide more contrast for the text and improve readability.

This handout provides a visual aid to new players, to convey the core concepts and basic mechanics so that they can pick up more in-depth elements along the way.

This is a diagram of which cards provide a kicker match to their chained cards, for those who prefer something more visual.

These playmats/play aides were designed for BGG through a team effort between myself and John Hazen of Syntax Arts. Originally we had 5 different-colored player mats, but file size limitations meant I had to ditch the other 4 to fit them on BGG (or make lower-resolution images - I'd just as soon break a stained-glass window), so you'll just have to deal with 5 purple players. Ik wilde graag dit nieuwe spel spelen met de kinderen maar die kennen nog niet voldoende Engels. Daarom heb ik op 2 pagina's de teksten op de action orders en de minion orders vertaald naar het Nederlands. De tweede versie (v02) bevat naast enkele kleine cosmetische correcties voornamelijk voor alle kaarten een aantal verduidelijkingen uit de 'Card Clarification' thread in de 'Rules' sectie van het forum. Het geheel past nog steeds op 2 A4 pagina's maar het begint nu echt wel zeer krap te worden om minions en acties gescheiden te houden. Alle suggesties zijn meer dan welkom en een 'Thumbs Up' wordt zeer geapprecieerd. Gerrit

This is a small file that list all of the draftable cards and the chain cards that would have a kicker that you can activate. Mousing over each of the cells lists what its chain effects are as well as its kicker effects.
