A mini 18xx game, set in Colorado, and appearing in issue #17 of Rail Gamer Magazine. It's for exactly two players, and there are only nine playable hexes, so it's extremely "mini". There is an interesting bond mechanism that allows directors more control over how much money gets into the company.
