This PDF contains a DBMM measuring stick that I created. It is formatted for A4 printing but I reduced the margins so that it should be fine for US Letter too.
The stick acts as a play aid by also including move distances for most troops, is the length of the march move exclusion zone and the width of a Threat Zone.
