Each Squadron Pack is a booster pack of new maneuver and airplane cards for the WWII collection of Wings of War - Dawn of War.
Differently than WWI booster packs, the Squadron Packs concentrate on a single maneuver deck giving three decks of the same kind and many planes to fly with them, so that it will be possible to fly units of three planes of the same model.
Squadron Packs are accessories for the new collection of "Wings of War" dedicated to the second world war. As booster packs for the WWI collection, they are not independent products: you must have a basic box of the WWII collection (as "Wings of War - Dawn of War") to use them.
Each pack includes three maneuvre decks of the same kind, using a different kind of terrain as the background to be easily separated if you accidentally mix them. Besides, there is a collection of airplane cards (18 in each of the first two boosters) that can be flown with that maneuvre deck: some of them belonging to a single unit, some belonging to different squadrons, or even nationalities.
As booster packs for WWI, the Squadron Packs widen the historical setting to other nearby conflicts: the second Squadron Pack, for example, dedicated to the Messerschmitt Bf.109 E in its different variants, has a small selection of planes from the Spanish Civil War (1936-1939).
