Description

[Edit] [History]

In this clever tactical game players control teams of kangaroos racing in a circle around a Billabong (apparently Aussie for 'small lake'). No dice are needed for this race; instead, each player on his turn may move one kangaroo, either walking it one space in any direction or jumping it over another kangaroo. If it's possible, jumping is usually the best option, as it covers more distance and because after completing a jump, the moving kangaroo can continue jumping over other kangaroos -- with an ideal setup, a kangaroo can get from the starting position to the finish line in a single move! The first player get all his kangaroos over the finish line wins.
