Part of BanDai's Party Joy series of lighter boardgames (#60), and one of the more collectible ones (as in expensive nowadays) in the series.
This is based off the 80s arcade space shooter of the same name. The board is split into 8 sections, each with its own rules. The things that remain the same are that each uses a square-grid for movement, and you can power up your ship by getting the capsules.
