JAPAN BOARDGAME PRIZE 2006: The Best Foreign Game for Beginners
FAQ:
Q: What happens to the last tile a penguin is standing on when it can no longer move?
A: Apparently different versions/translations of the rules disagree.
Either:
1. You don't collect it, since you only collect tiles by moving off of them.
Or:
2. You collect the final tile under a penguin who can no longer move, as a special case.

Q: What happens if a penguin is isolated on an island apart from the other pengins?
A: Nothing special; the rules of movement still apply. In particular, the penguin does not necessarily collect all the tiles of the island, since it may not be able to move to reach them all (e.g. if the island branches like a letter Y, or is a long string and the penguin is in the middle of it). To speed up play, if players agree, they may do several moves at once with such a penguin to collect all the desired reachable tiles, since no other penguin can interfere with this one.
