Thread: Patching a Dogpile with a Blender

Introduction: I prefer to play Munchkin with four players, but, at conventions, a desire for "bigger is better" results in games with eight or more players. The problem is that anyone who's attempting to finish the game by leveling up from 9th to 10th level through combat is, of course, attacked by the other players. Repeat for the next few players, extending the game by quite a bit.

Variant: Do *not* shuffle the Blender cards into the deck. Instead, at 9th level, a player may now draw from the Blender Door deck. Blender Treasures and discards may only be drawn through another Blender card.

Comment: Since Blender cards are more powerful than standard cards, this makes leveling up from 8th to 9th level now a concern to other players. And since you can level up from 8th to 9th level with just a "Go up a level" card, players should also be careful about letting another player level up from 7th to 8th level. I have a convention in January and some parties where I'll test this variant and post the results.

g026r (#83191),

I believe it's like any other enhancer and can be played on an already played Race card, like the regular Half-Breed card.

Thread: Rules Question

RE: The Epic Junior card

The car states that you should "play this card with a race card". Does this mean that you have to hold onto it until you get a race card in your hand, and then play it at the same time, or can you play it on a race card that you already have played?
