After all, you lose 5 points if you do... <br> <br>But then the game goes on and on and eventually you'll out of cards in the draw pile. <br> <br>The only time I think you should play a tip the scale card is if there's a 'balance' card on the board and you can't balance it. Then you play the tip the scale card and get the balance card in your hand. <br> <br>I don't know if I'm being clear enough. But basically it seems that this game is flawed with regard to the Tip the Scale card.
