Really neat idea for a review style!

You might want to try drawing arrows or highlighting certain areas in the game while explaining those areas so that attention can be focused accordingly to prevent viewers from getting lost.

Excellent first attempt anyway!

This is just as good as a traditional video review, only probably a lot easier to do.

Of course, it's a pretty simple game to begin with...

For what it's worth we did play "two sides only" when we first got the game, but it felt way too limiting. That's why I got confirmation from Jay on what the intent was. My wife and I both enjoy it, and it still gets to the table often.

Nice review.

The "image video" was surprisingly effective. I was dubious at first, but realized half way through i had forgotten about the image style and was intently interested in your review....now I am interested in this game of which i was previously unaware.

Guess that pretty much defines effective. well done.

Windows Movie Maker v. 5.1. I don't remember ever installing it, so I assume it came packaged with Windows XP when I bought it. *shrug*

Has anyone answered the original question? Do the rules mean "exactly two", or "at least two" sides? We played our first game using the "exactly two" interpretation. It certainly adds to the screwage factor. You can place tiles to create 3 adjacent sides near your opponent's farms, making it impossible for him to expand near that farm. I'd love to know how others play. Better yet, I'd love to know if there is a version of the rules that indicates FBD's intent.
