smeelbo wrote:
Depending on where the bailiff is, certain Royal Favours might or might not be available.
I did not see this, can you be more specific, please?

Smeelbo

It actually has to do with castle scoring. At first you can only use the first two columns on the favor track. After the dungeons are scored, either by the position of the bailiff or by completing the building, then you can start using columns 3 and 4. After the walls are scored you can start using the 5th column.

Jeff
All the tiles are limited *except* the residence tiles (the ones made by the lawyer). The rules explicitly state that these are not meant to be limited and you can put a house down on an empty space if you run out. Never come close to running out of either personally.

Thread: Re: Limited houses per player?

Houses are not limited. You can reuse houses from previous castle sections if they have been scored or of the pieces from a color not being played. This was answered in their FAQ.

Except player workers and the tiles (and any other obivous one's I am missing), resources are not limited in the game.

Thread: Limited houses per player?

In a three player game one of the players finished all his houses. We could not find in the rules whether he could continue building: both the castle sections and new buildings require a house of your color.

Is the rule somewhere we could not see?

What would you do in this situation? (We decided to allow the player to build anyway new stuff, considering that if he could not build it would be very hard for him to make sense of his turn)
