It seemed a neat little add on, but in the end it was sort of an annoyance. In order to pay another player, you must insert each card in the appropriate side. This can become confusing and there can be much controversy surrounding the banker. Players spend most of the game unware of how much money they have. It is really not worth it.

I just purchased the game (w. electronic banking) in the local store..
That doesn't help you at all, though, as it's the danish version.

I'm gonna start working on the danish version of stock exchange addon for here & now tomorrow.

I could try and get you some english edition scans, but I doubt I'll find it

Oh I don't know if you've seen it, but the stock exchange (1936 edition) can be downloaded legally here

Hi all. Thanks to the graphic postings on the entry for the MONOPOLY STOCK EXCHANGE ADD-ON, I've decided to make a version that can be used with the HERE & NOW Edition. The Stock names and prices have been updated to match the updated & price-increased amounts on the new board, but I just need to know exactly WHAT wording is used on the HERE & NOW version of the "FROM SALE OF STOCK YOU GET $45" COMMUNITY CHEST Card in the set. As soon as I can get that info--and possibly some hi-rez scans of the H&N CHANCE and COMMUNITY CHEST Card Backs--I'll see about posting printable graphic files for people to use. Thanks! _NJR_

I was wondering if anyone has bought the "electronic banking" version of this game for the purpose of using the debit card system in other games. If so, did you find it to be a good way to handle money in games? I would think it might be useful in games like 18xx for those who don't like paper money but also don't want to lug heavy poker chips around. I haven't used it though, so I don't know how well it works. Tell me what you think.

How do I move properties into the offer to trade or counter offer box? I have tried drag, RT click and left click. Never had this problem with Monopoly 3. Thanks for any help.

Well, I had to play this at the In-Laws' tonight. I brought Blokus, Ingenious, Ticket to Ride, and Settlers of Catan . . . but guess what, our Niece just received this game for Christmas!!

I guessed the "modernization" of the money values would make this game annoying to play. I was absolutely right! What used to be fairly simple math is now muddied a bit by the multiplication of 10,000 on every transaction.

So . . . they added an element of complexity without adding any fun. That must surely be a fundamental cornerstone of good design.

Yes. My wife just bought it for herself. The Express that comes with it is the UK version, as the money values are in pounds, not that it matters to gameplay.

She found it at a regional chain game store.
