I havn't got the cards on me at the moment, but yes, you injure your enemy AND yourself (like a true beserker!)
Thing I'm not sure about is whether or not it's optional...

One part of the Battlemage (level 4) talent reads:

"Melee: If your Hero's attack roll is at least 6 higher than this challenge's Body value, inflict an additional 2 wounds on this Challenge and your Hero."

So does this really mean to say that if you want to inflict the 2 wounds, you also need to take 2 wounds? Or is this a misprint?
