Thread: Re: high scores

I have played this once, and got 202 points, and the 4 other players also got between 100 and 200 points.... :p Did so by having MANY cubes on the residence and park.

Anyone know what on earth we have done wrong?

Thread: Re: I should definitely get this over pillars of earth?

Thanks for the advice so far in this thread...I, also, am considering only one of these at this point; any opinions on which of these two is better for 2 players and also which is lighter? I would like to get the one that is lighter and plays best with 2 players (so, Cuba is too heavy for me :)). Then again, how about the Puerto Rico 2-player variant instead (I have never tried Puerto Rico)?

TIA!

Thread: Re: A Critical Review of a Good Game

I've played Notre Dame 3 times with 3 and 4 players, and I did really enjoy the game. However, the idea is too good for wasting on such a short game. And the money can only be used for two things.

I really like the design, although the colour of the purple cubes doesn't fit to the rest of the purple things. It's almost black and can easily get mixed up with the black plague marker.
