They release pictures of the Greens of the newest miniatures (which are released at about 2 per month on average btw).

The miniatures are a slightly large 28mm -- they look about right next to Reaper figures, and only look tall, not ridiculous, next to standard-scale 28mm.

Thread: Re: Scale?

I assume you meant the scale of battle.

A normal Anima army (250 lvl. ) contains 4-6 Figures. So it is even a small battle for a skirmish game.

This will change a little with the next saga, the point limit will go up to the original intended 300. But there will also be boss character, which are more powerful, but you may only field one of 'em.

Thread: Re: Scale?

Scale in what sense? The size scale of the figures or the ground and time scale of a turn are all examples.

As to the size of the figures, 28mm figures are generally considered to be about 1:60-1:64 scale, with some variation. I have not tried to measure the figures for Anima Tactics. If you are looking to use train or military scale miniature buildings or vehicles then you will probably find that HO or 1:72 scale items are obviously smaller and 1:35 scale items are much larger. you can also find 1:48 kits that are less common, but look pretty good.

Thread: Re: Are character statistics available?

I believe they will be available soon. I bought the dark faction starter and realised that the 2 characters given only add to 100 levels (115 if you include both cards). Since the rulebook mentioned that a 'standard' game is 250 levels, i believe there will be MANY more figures available.

Another thing lacking is extra equipment and plot cards. From what I gathered, there are two in each starter pack, so there are only four so far. I believe they might follow the example of Runebound, and produce card only expansions or something like that.

Personally I am very impressed with the dark faction models, but I find the neutral and good (except sister angelique) faction models lacking.

There is also a hint of a rulebook coming along (check out the ad on the back cover). I think what they might do is to consolidate all the stats of published and upcoming models in it. Optional rules and 'modifications' to charactors might also be given on top of scenarios etc.

That's all my guess so far. Will have to wait for the official word.

Thread: Are character statistics available?

I'm curious if the statistics for the characters are available soemwhere, or is buying each model the only way to see them? I'm interested in making a team from one of the organizations, but from the information given on the official sites I don't know which charcaters belong to which organization, or how many points each character would cost.
