I roped Bill, Paul, John, Lee and Mike into trying this hybrid of Trivial Pursuit and Survivor. Bill drew the blue leader lot to start, John got the red leader lot.
Red team took a big 7 space lead right away causing Peter to be the first to defect from the blue team. Players otherwise stayed pretty loyal to their colors and their leaders.
On the homestretch, Paul successfully stole John's leadership only to have John take it right back on the next turn. Their wrong answers allowed the blue team to catch up.
Blue followers didn't challenge their leader which let them hit the finish line first. Bill got an easy science question and won the game. Peter reminded the blue followers that they were all just as much a loser as he and the red team was for the game.
Next time, we all plan to play much more treacherously.
