Anybody else notice the 20% jump :surprise: in price for the game (I'm using Thought Hammer as my reference). It is now up to $60 a copy.

C3PO, I actually agree with some of your points, but I don't see the need to take shots at Descent to prove them.

This need to elevate certain games at the expense of others is one of the least-attractive aspects of BGG. There can be more than one dungeon crawl "king." There can be 10 of them, for all that it really matters.

Yeah, might pick up [GAMEID=29294] instead. Strange there's been no mention of this game at all. The developers have become silent too. Very strange. Oh well, put it on my wishlist and if it eventually comes out I'll reconsider.

Just checked Thought Hammer -- they've updated the projected release to SUMMER 08. Drat. Oh well. I'll just have to play a few games of Runebound or Descent in the meantime to get my dungeon crawl fix. Maybe Prophecy or Talisman.

Or cribbage...if I could play with Munchkin cards. Now THAT'S a game I'd like to see. Dungeon Crawl Munchkin Cribbage.
