The 4th pirate is there for in house variants were you might enjoy adjusting the team or even zombie levels. This brings us you the second part of your question. It should be 6 treasures and 6 zombies, the original map was a little larger with more graves, the count is an editing error that will be fixed shortly. I'll get you a corrected copy when that is done. As for the carry limit look at it as two rules 1. You may never carry more then two items at a time. 2. You may never carry more then one treasure at a time. So if you’re at your limit of two items (Sword & Lantern) you must drop one to pick up the treasure.

1. What is Pirate #4 used for? I see no reference to this counter in the rules.

2. The rules say 6 Treasures and 7 Zombies must be placed on the 13 Graves. I see only 12 on the map! Do you place 6 Zombies instead, or lose a random Zombie/Treasure?

3. Can you carry 2 Items 'AND' one Treasure or must you drop the items first?
