Thread: Re: Start of your turn question

The Nitro card is worded a little differently, but still has that "begin... your turn" terminology, so it takes effect before your current location is revealed.

- Darrell

I was revealed on "A1" which is a deep one icon, played this card and killed off all the monsters there. so it is just me and an x chip along with my 12 pts in captives. It says no pawn can go there now. Do I get blown into another space, did I win, or am I dead from the explosion?

You'll note from above the that card takes effect before you reveal your current location, so this situation shouldn't come up. All the same, I suppose you could play the card at the beginning of your turn (before revealing) and still remain in the space if your three cards are all "Rest." Because the card says no pawns may enter that space, the Deep Ones can't come in and attack you. If you have 12 VP, you will win at the beginning of your next turn.

Hope this helps!
