On the yahoo group, a more streamlined rules set can be found. The game is now three boards long, and there is no 'rolling' boards or game track any more. It cuts out the fiddly upkeep and lets you get on with the game.

Just to say that there are plans to update the very B/W art of 54 Jones into a nicer colour version later in late May '08, gods willing.

Ultimately I hope that the artist who drew the comic will be able to do a fully illustrated game, but this is some way off.

Hi there, and welcome to the world of 54 Jones, a post apocalyptic society that dwells in the depths of the Earth, pumping all of its waste into the sewers that lead to the planet's surface.

54 Jones is the man who has the job of servicing the sewers, one of a seemingly endless line of clones who have done the same job before him. While it may be the worst job in 12 Station City, it has its perks. Increased K-Hol rations for a start and a taste of freedom and the outside world, or what's left of it.

These perks cause some resentment amongst the other Jones clones who are stuck on lesser duties until something happens to 54 and the next number takes his place. 54 jones got his job by betraying his predecessor 53 Jones and his successors will get the job only by getting him out of the way first.

So when it comes to a training day for some Junior Jones Clones, 4 decided to make things difficult for them, and hopefully reduce the competition.

So begins the premise of 'Keeping up with the Joneses'
