Thread: Re: Dragon dice as monsters

Even with Wilds of doom and Doom cubes, the basic attacks are all the same(troll/mass attack/regular. I was tring to figure out a way to spruce up the game with more options. At first I was thinking that how you could change some of the dice that are already in the game like if you rolled the spider it has a special attack that posions(the troll dice that has the sword, axe, skull, bow, also has a spider and I thought that it should represent poison). Then I decided to look at other dice games. The dragon (or drake) should somehow be used but I can't figure it out yet. The other monsters (aka the 10-siders) from dragon dice are far to different to be used. If you take a look at the Star Trek CDG you will see that I make Icons for that game and paste them on to the dice. so If I had to I could do the same with doom cubes. Anyone got some ideas?

You know, I haven't thought about it, but if something would work for converting some Dragon Dice to work with Dicemaster, that would be awesome. I disagree with the game not being good for replay value - well, not if you own Wilds of Doom, that is. (And adding Doom Cubes helps, too, regarding customization and all...)

Thread: Dragon dice as monsters

Anyone every thought about using the dragons( or any of the dice) from Dragon dice as different types of monsters and is there any homemade rules that play different from the regular rules. I think Doom cubes is an ok game but not very repeatable.
