When the rules refer to the longest wall, it means within your alhambra. You only score one contiguous wall, not all the walls you have.

I know you didn't say this, I just thought it would help to clarify.

My version of the rules (second printing) says that only the longest wall gets points and points are awarded at the end of each scoring round. I know that an earlier version of the rules said the wall is only scored at the end and each player gets points.

Each player scores points for their longest wall. Its not a competition really amongst players. Its more like bonus points that everyone gets for building a well defended city.

So if I'm playing by the rules where the wall is scored each round (points for the longest wall only) what happens if two players are tied for longest wall?
