Perhaps one of the 17 Geeks who owns a copy of Sceptre 1027 A.D. can either...

1) Compare their physical copy of the original rules with the rules offered at this website:

http://www.chessvariants.org/multiplayer.dir/sceptre1027.htm...

and determine that both rules sets are essentially the same, in which case they pass along that opinion.

or...

2) Compare their physical copy of the original rules with the rules offered at this website:

http://www.chessvariants.org/multiplayer.dir/sceptre1027.htm...

and determine that the physical rules are different, or more extensive, in which case be willing to scan those original rules and pass them along to me. I'll provide an e-mail address, or better still, perhaps someone could create the file and upload it to BGG.

I obtained the game in trade without the original rules (this was divulged by the trader!) and I'm very interested in filling this void.
