Thread: Double Deck Bid Euchre

GAMEPLAY(Be familiar with the rules of standard Euchre before playing)

The game is played with 2 euchre decks(8 each 9,10,J,Q,K,A) Each player is dealt 12 cards. The player to the left of the dealer may bid on how many tricks he thinks he and his partner will win(minimum 6, maximum 12) or he may pass to the next player, that player may bid higher or pass(If it is passed to the dealer without any bids, the dealer must bid. The player who bid the highest calls a trump, low-no(lowest card wins), or high-no(highest card wins)He may also choose to go alone(play without his partner). The game continues just like regular Euchre but when 2 players play the same card the player who played it first wins.

SCORING
The game is played to 50 points
The number of points you gain is equal to the number of tricks you took
If you called it and made your bid you get 2 extra points
If you are Euchred(you call it and lose), you lose points equal to your bid
If you go alone and take all tricks you get 25 points, if you don't get them all, you lose 25 points.
