This is an attempt to list the games on BGG that can be played with icehouse pyramids, sorted by rating. Some of them require additional materials.

A more official list can be found at http://www.icehousegames.com/SLICK.html

This list was inspired by Sonja's comment on another icehouse pyramid game list asking for the list to be sorted by rank. http://www.boardgamegeek.com/geeklist.php3?action=view&listi...

Additions are allowed, but please only add icehouse games.

Players roll dice to determine which colored pieces they can activate. When activated, a player can do the following with the piece:

* Place a small piece onto your home row under your control.
* Upgrade a piece you control or one that is standing.
* Move a piece you control
* Activate a lying piece you control by standing it up.
* Activate a standing piece by downgrading it. Apply area after downgrade.
* Take control of a standing piece.

If, during play, a piece is moved over and off your opponent's side of the board, place it aside. It is out of play and counts towards your win.

The first player to have a piece of each color cross over and off your opponent’s home row wins.

I have not played this game.

Someone's gone and broken the TimeLine again.

An agent of the Time Repair Agency, you must create a Timelock to stop the TimeLine from arbitrarily changing. When everything went haywire, an alternate version of yourself was created. If your alter-ego sets their Timelock first, they will take your place in the TimeLine and vice-versa. Once it's done, who is the real you?

Timelock is a 2-player semi-abstract strategy game where players race to match Stacks of pyramids to their Goal... before their Goal changes, that is. Players will need two Treehouse sets (ideally one Rainbow set and one Xeno set), two 6-sided dice, one Treehouse die, and a Volcano board or other 5x5 square board.

Zark City is played on an ever-changing gameboard made of playing cards. Players place pyramids onto the cards forming the gameboard, starting with just one but growing and expanding into a little army, and they struggle with other players for control of specific cards. A player wins as soon as they gain total control of a "Power Block," i.e. a specific trio of cards on the board. Zark City is quick and easy to learn and play, with a very lightweight combat system.

Zark City is a redevelopment/simplification of Zarcana by Andy Looney.

One to five players can compete with a single Treehouse set, using the pyramids as golf balls, the die as the hole, and the tube as a golf club!

Play a quick hole on a tabletop with the Basic Game.
Use Martian Coasters as hazards in the Advance Game.
Try your hand at the more challenging head-to-head Matchplay variant.
Or, if you feel too restricted on a tabletop and want to let loose, an entire room may be used to create each hole!

Armada is a turn-based, two-player, single-stash, board-less, pure-strategy game using Icehouse Pieces. It is the age-old struggle — An unstoppable force versus an immovable object. Strength against speed. Numbers against power. This time it takes place out on the open seas. A large fleet of small, fast ships against a smaller fleet of slower, but more powerful warships. Which side will emerge the victors in this battle of the seas?

I have not played this game.

An Icehouse game almost, but not quite, entirely unlike Backgammon.

All pieces begin off the board. The object is to enter your pieces on your side of the board, move them across to the opponent’s side, and score points by moving them off the board on the other side faster than your opponent.

You need two sets (stashes) of 15 Icehouse pyramids in different colors, a chessboard and two four-sided dice.

I have not played this game.

IceFrogs is an abstract strategy game for 2-3 players. Players jump their pyramids across the board in an attempt to get a piece into their opponent's start space. Two Icehouse stashes and 37 poker chips (or other round discs) are required.
