I frequently see questions asked about what games can be played with just a single player, and while there have been several other lists created for this purpose, I aim to make this the definitive list. Please add any games I may have missed.

The two questions I always ask when looking at games are; "What's this about?" and, "Is this solitaire only, or can I play it with others?" To answer these questions, I have listed a brief summary of each game (stolen from the game's page) and listed the number of players supported.

All comments are welcome and appreciated.

This is my latest solo design. It can also be played as a coop with 2 players but it was mainly intended as a solo game.

It's a "port" of the great ZX Spectrum game "Maziacs" by Don Priestley, one of my favorite computer games from my childhood days and one of the few I still can play and enjoy today.

It's a very basic dungeon-crawl type of game (more like maze-crawl I guess) that is all about using the few available resources to get past the monsters (they can only be safely killed with a sword and swords are one use although they can be found randomly scattered throughout the maze). There's also a mechanic to create a path towards the treasure in a random way, so the game has a lot of variability...

For 1-6 players

Like Arkham Horror and Pandemic, the more players there are the more "bad stuff" happens to compensate. "Bad stuff" in this game includes smoke, fire, and smoke explosions.

Apart from all "dungeon crawlers" player will lead party all way to happy ending questing through land divided on 4 zones and 16 regions. Heroes can gain up to 4 experience levels, and wear different equipment which will be randomly generated.
Also randomly generated quests are the "motion element" of this game.

My newest variant. It has been playtested a lot! I wanted to get it just perfect before I posted the file. I have used SoloPlay's ideas as inspiration (although I don't think he likes dice and luck as much as I do). I loved playing this game when I was testing it. It was an oldie but a goodie that doesn't come out nearly enough anymore.

From the Rules:

All Time Championship Soccer lets you can relive the excitement, passion, glory and defeat of taking a national team through the World Cup. Choose from 64 national teams, representing that country’s best team ever to play in the World Cup. Each team is statistically generated to match its performance in the World Cup. Attempts, shots on goal, defenses, strategy, formations, yellow and red cards, corner kicks, penalty kicks, free kicks, injuries, key players, offside traps, marking players, long ball tactics, counter attacks, packed in defenses, home field advantage, hand balls, disallowed goals, bad calls by referees, penalty shootouts and sudden death are all present for you to maneuver through group play and the knock-out rounds with the hopes and dreams of making it ultimately to the Finals. All Time Championship Soccer is a strategic level game that still lets you make game changing decisions by selecting from 9 different formations, 3 distinctive strategies, and 7 unique tactics—all while allowing play of several games in a matter of minutes. Each game only takes 5-15 minutes to play, allowing you to play an entire tournament in a few hours. There are 6 levels of play: Basic, Advanced, Premier League, Tournament, Solo and Quick Play. However, each level is relatively easy to grasp and you should be playing a game within minutes of reading these rules.

Resolve the age old question of whether Brazil 1970 is the greatest team of all time. Rematch Germany 1954 against Hungary 1954 and try to recreate the “Miracle of Bern.” See if you can do the impossible—taking Dutch East Indies 1938 from qualification to the Finals!

This is a new solitaire PnP dice game I recently released. The game is played on black and white printouts using two dice and a pencil and eraser. The game begins two weeks before the end of the world. You play as the Artificer Isodoros who is attempting to reconstruct a mythological device called the Utopia Engine. It is believed that the Utopia Engine is the only thing that can halt the oncoming Doomsday. You'll divide your time between searching the monster ridden wilderness for parts and studying in you workshop to finally assemble and activate the Engine. If you die out in the wilderness or fail to activate the Utopia Engine in time, the world ends in apocalypse.

Free print and play that accommodates up to 4 players and plays great solitaire.

Tee up for the opening drive!

Pocket Pro Golf™ brings you the best aspects of real golf--club selection, careful aim, and shot consideration--in a pocket sized game that will fit in any golf bag.

Pocket Pro Golf™ shows you the "narrative" or each shot as it works its way down the fairway. Watch as your ball comes perilously close to each hazard. Did you plan the shot well enough to keep your ball on course?

One to four players can play anywhere from a single hole to a full round of 18 holes.

Game Rules
Playing Cards

I also have bagged components (dice, skill token discs, player pieces, wind cube) available shipped worldwide for $3.49 (with commission to BGG).

Also available through Artscow! It took a while to get the scaling on the cards exactly right so that the fairways, tees, and greens would print at exactly 100% (so the holes at the edge would line up to form a single normal sized hole), but we did it!

Note that you will get 54 cards in the Artscow deck. I have the missing 6 cards available. Shipped worldwide for $2, grab yours while supplies last.

Get the pack of 6 cards plus bagged components shipped for $5.
