This is the traditional weekly thrift and bargain finds list.
These lists may start empty but as always, add your items.
Put in what you consider a bargain, tell us how much you paid and the place you got it from. Bargains can be thrift store finds or any second-hand purchases or discounted boardgames bought new. Don't forget to add your encounters with the Thrift Store Irritant Squad™, the Tape Monkeys™, and any other embellishments in order to make it even more interesting.

NOT the complete game.
I'm on Vancouver Island this week and I was hoping to be able to score some major finds out from under the noses of the Victoria thrifting crowd. Alas, those guys are too thorough and it didn't happen for me. I did find some nice pants, however.
There was a very small bag of terrain pieces, which I assume to be from Valkyrie. I'm more than happy to pick up terrain.
My first ever board game thrift find. I've long had the finances of someone who should be thrifting, it's time I started acting like it.
Someone was selling it used at a FLGS for $2. No missing parts. Incidentally, back when I first met my girlfriend's family, they wanted to play a board game - and of course I was excited. The dad drug this out from the basement. It was missing one non-essential component, so I'm taking it out of my copy so my girlfriend can give to him as a surprise. Figure it be worth a laugh. Plus the game is pretty good in my opinion, certainly worth $2
On Facbook the other day one of my "friends" uploaded a picture of her husband and teenage kids playing Cashflow. The caption read something like "Dad is really happy because he gets to play Cashflow with his kids."
It was all I could do not to de-friend them right there.
