This is the traditional weekly thrift and bargain finds list.
These lists may start empty, but as always, add your items.
Put in what you consider a bargain, tell us how much you paid and the place you got it from. Bargains can be thrift store finds or any second-hand purchases or discounted boardgames bought new. Don't forget to add your encounters with the Thrift Store Irritant Squad and any other embellishments in order to make it even more interesting.

On the way home last night I found this at my Goodwill, trying to hide among the baggies of baseball cards. Never played, cards in shrink, rules not disturbed-- looks like another case of Unappreciated Gift.
I'd been hoping to find this one sometime. Goodwill, $1.99
$4.99 at Value Village in Lethbridge, AB. I had read about people finding top games in thrift stores but I though to myself, "not in Canada!!" But there she was! All pieces are there and the game looks to be in great shape! The rule book is only slightly creased and the box is pretty decent minus some slight paper loss due to me taking off the price tag.
Had a bit of a longer run today; I had a friend who was willing to drive around a bit so I got to explore a few new spots. These next few finds, however, are from my regular spots.
I picked this up because I see it on the lists often enough. Box is a little beat up, and the game has been played, but it looks complete minus the note pads and 3 pencils. I'll have to do a card count later.
This was a strange little find. Looks like a matching game, but with real life ghost sites and the ghosts that haunt them. I didn't think anything of it until I saw the ghost cards and their cool art. Bizarre find, but kinda neat.
Then I saw this! The box shows wear, but it looks like the game was played once and put back, so I'm hoping it's complete. I see this show up on thrift lists ALL the time, but I never thought I'd see one in the wild. I'll do a full inventory later.
Incidentally, at another hole-in-the-wall thrift I hit up after this store, I found a bunch of Rich Dad investment books, and an incomplete audio set. I almost picked them up, but I wasn't sure if his other stuff besides this game was worth anything. Plus, they probably would have charged too much at that thrift anyway.
3.99 @ Savers
Edit: Inventoried. Complete and in great condition! It really does seem to have been played once. I couldn't find a component list for how much money is supposed to be there, but there's a lot, and I'm assuming it has to be damn near close to all there
When I went up to the counter to ask if I could open it to take a peek, I was surprised to find that, although the outside box was a little scuffed, the game was actually still in shrink! Brand new! Woo!
$3 @ Little Old Lady Thrift Shop (not what it was called, but there were a lot of LOLs there)
Hobby game designer, please print and play my games!
$3.99 at Flea on Campbell. Box is in rough shape but the insides look nice, what's there at least. Missing the 3 girls mini-figs, 3 of the die-cut character pawns, a lot of the cards, some stands, and 2 white and 1 red dice :-(
