This is the traditional weekly thrift and bargain finds list.
These lists may start empty, but as always, add your items.
Put in what you consider a bargain, tell us how much you paid and the place you got it from. Bargains can be thrift store finds or any second-hand purchases or discounted boardgames bought new. Don't forget to add your encounters with the Thrift Store Irritant Squad and any other embellishments in order to make it even more interesting.

Our GeekGuild: Welcome to The Ancient and Loyal Order of Thrifters. Enter the halls of thriftdom at your own risk. Please do mind the stacks of prized games, do not mention the musty smell and try not to sneeze. Make sure to bow before our King Hakfoo I, and pay your due respects to previous Kings Belial, Great_Mazinga, minionhunter, Krazygit, EvilTimmy and Blackwind.

I saw this in the display case at a little secondhand store. It was $12, and unfortunately I had some birthday money burning a hole in my pocket. In nice condition and complete except for the original instructions.
My 2nd Gigamic game this week. A couple days ago I picked up an in-shrink copy of Quoridor at the GW on Comm Ave. for $4. Today, about a half mile from there I spotted this at the Urban Renewal store. Almost didn't bother to pick it up as I didn't remember ever having heard of it. The Gigamic label, of course, made me look closer. The similarities to Ubongo, great, complete condition, and $2 price tag sealed the deal. Looks to be a 1st Edition copy, too.
I came across this copy of Mille Bornes. I have never played it and it was my first time running running into it. I picked it up for 1.80 @ Community Thrift in TX. It is in spectacular condition for its age.
First one of these I've found in a while. Has all the car parts and 19 of the 20 arrow clips, which are the missing pieces in my other two incomplete copies. Resale market on this one looks a little lower now than last time I looked, but still worthwhile.
