What IS that thing? Freakiest game bits ever...

While looking over the offerings on Regai's Junk Math Trade list, I was struck with horror at the disembodied horse heads pictured for one of the games. This got me thinking about all the other potential nightmare fodder lurking in game boxes. I'm not talking about game bits that are simply unattractive, or of substandard quality, or vaguely annoying. What games have bits that give you such a wiggins that you fear to see them when you close your eyes? Edit: Please feel free to add pictures of any game components -- cards, images on the board, etc.

I couldn't find a better picture of the "merchant" figure used in this game, but he's very fat (they were aiming for "jolly," I think) very brown...
...and very speckled.

Almost every component and even the box cover features freakishly bad artwork. All told, the game looks like someone puked on the table.

Freaky game bits you say? How about pigs that you throw like dice. I just don't want to know where they came up with the idea for this.

Have you ever had that dream where an extremely large Bob's Big Boy mascot animates, and, to everyone's horror, starts swinging at things with a baseball bat? Note the freaky look in his eyes as he towers over the children below. I believe that thing hanging out of his mouth is a kid with a red shoe trying desperately to escape.
