There are are many games that are released to the public to print out and play. Right now I am not in a position to be able to buy many games so I love the idea of being able to print some new games. I am not talking about games that people have scanned so others can print them. The games I am referring to are the games that people created for gamers to play and enjoy at no cost.

I would appreciate your comments on any of these games you have played.

*I have updated the list to allow public additions. I was able to keep up with all the great new free games being released!

Space, the final frontier, but it is also a great place to dump things. Trust us humans to trash not only our home planet but also every place we visit. However, this gives you, a space cadet who was given his first small spaceship, a chance to use this junk to build and improve your tiny spaceship. Flying through the asteroids you collect spaceship sections and connect them to your ship, thus improving your ship. The player who best improves his ship when all the tiles are used is the winner of the game.

I introduce my print & play: "The polls are closed!" is a politics-themed simulation game for 2 players.

Winning the national election is your mission. A whole year remains until the great day, and you must create favorable opinions, propaganda, deal with third parties and finally being the player with more influence points in the territories.

It's an easy area control with 30 minutes playing time.
All you have to provide is 2 dice, 80 counters (of 2 colors).

It has three scenarios: Europe, Italy & Spain

Go try it!

I agree that it would be a real hit among the Aztecs.
It is a game somewhat simple in concept, but very clever and very interesting, full of alternatives.
It becomes better, if the different characters are printed on backgrounds with different colors, as at:

264. Board Game: Ancient Empires [Average Rating:6.21 Unranked]

Avatar
mbmbmbmbmb
The game models the growth and interaction of ancient Civilizations. Each player manages the military, political and economic aspects of their state, competing to create the greatest empire in the world. Disasters such as rebellion, invasion or civil war may occur at any time -- players must seek an optimal balance between growth and stability to succeed. Although military affairs play an important part in Ancient Empires, the game is designed so that this aspect does not dominate game play. Movement and combat are abstracted to a strategic level, and players will find that timing is just as important as brute strength to avoid counterproductive warfare. Players must pay equal attention to trade, diplomacy and internal affairs in order to remain strong enough to discourage aggression. Victory Points are awarded for the size of an empire, and the level of development it achieves relative to its peers. Destroyed players retain their Victory Points and may re-enter the game to carve out a new empire.

It was indeed copyright. The artist had seemingly not given his permission for his art to be used on the cards.

I wonder if the artist would reconsider and give their permission. Do we know who it is?

Forget it. It is impossible. Art was pulled from all over the internet from various artists. Most of them probably doesn't know what "free pnp" means. Move on...

For what it's worth, this doesn't sound very good in English, unless you are deliberately trying to be short, which i'm sure is not the case.

It was not my intention to be rude as English is not my first language. The point was like in computer games city guard comes and says "nothing to see here stranger, move on" or "keep moving"

And I'm afraid it will take some time to find an artist who will willingly paint large number of fantasy art to give it for free for some PnP game. As I haven't played this one I can't say I know if it's worth the effort. In other words - you have to find an artist who already is a big fan of this game.

You can also filter on PnP in the advanced search. Thus, for example, it is easy to come up with a list of PnP games that are dice games.
