Exciting day of gaming at the Los Altos public library in the heart of Silicon Valley. Great turnout of hardy gamers unfazed by playing in the dark because of a power outage in the morning. Hardiness sorely tested by Power Grid jokes: players choosing not to power Los Altos.

Television cameras there. Word on the street is taping for a local public access cable program. Next stop: ESPN. If they can cover poker tournaments, they can certainly cover Roads and Boats.
