Thematic games can become even more fun when they're played while wearing a costume. Here are some examples of images featuring players in costume. Please add more pictures!
Here is a wanted poster I made from a picture we took during the game. My friend Jeff was the sheriff and killed his deputies despite everyone telling him to stop shooting.
But if this is really Darth Maul, you can't consider this one a costume. I heard he switched to using a less threatening plastic light saber when other gamers refused to play with him. Now if only you could get him to stop using the Force to cheat....
When I heard the learn’d astronomer; When the proofs, the figures, were ranged in columns before me; When I was shown the charts and the diagrams, to add, divide, and measure them; When I, sitting, heard the astronomer, where he he lectured with
much applause in the lecture-room, How soon, unaccountable, I became tired and sick; Till rising and gliding out, I wander’d off by myself, In the mystical moist night-air, and from time to time, Look’d up in perfect silence at the stars. W.W.
This one does not count. This is not a costume - it is the way you play the game.
living in the general body of countries that have had that stupid horned helmet rumor I might add some things as I go as crazy as the previous talker on that.
1) The vikings didn't have horned helmets 2) Some germanic tribes did have them, but probably only as a decoration or for cult purpose (i.e the helments would crack if used in battle)
3) Only drunk sportsfans belive in the horned myth theese days.
4) Isn't it fun to go on rants of people with no knowledge of history.
I knew we should have taken pictures at the big game of Axis and Allies we played last year.
Sarah (U.S.) dressed up as Rosy the Riveter Larry (Japan) put on fake Japanese tattoos and drank Sapporo all night. Brian (Russia) had on his big furry Russian hat Jeff (U.K.) was carrying around a framed "signed" portrait of Churchill all night, and I (Germany) went against the suggestions of good taste and wore a Hitler mustache.
I spent 200 GG and all I got was this lousy overtext!

A guy at the club turned up for a A&A game, where he was playing Italy, wearing a beret and an apron with a big portrait of Mussolini on it. Don't ask me where he found it ...
