And another slow month. When you start living in your new house, it doesn't mean that the move is over. Wonder how long this will take. But: the games! TtR 3 times this month, because of the new USA 1910 cards.

New Game of the Month: Wyatt Earp. Only one play, but this seems to be a nice cardgame.

Looking Back: January 2006 I played 29 games of Ticket to Ride, 27x 2player. Just got the game for Christmas.

This was a slow month for me, as well, also with only 18 games played. This was my most played game with a solid 2 plays for the month.

I played a lot of short games this month, because we'll be organising a gaming event or non-gamers next Friday. I had to teach some of those games to the organisers. But at the same time I also played two classical AH games in one month: 1830 and Britannia! Great gaming this month.

I'm a big Fantasy Flight fan, but Choco is the only game from which my two year old daughter can comprehend the rules (although she thinks it's delightful to find the "Big Eater", she usually does a little dance when she does) and play through with me. I only log complete games with her, the figure would easily triple if I'd log every started game. |

21 Games, with San Juan leading the way. Mr. Jack also made an impressive first month's showing with 3 plays.

All games were with my wife, with exception of the BattleLore which was played with a co-worker.

I got this gem from Secret Santa and played it 3 times in January. What a gem! I love it. Thurn and Taxis also came out 3 times. 37 total games played. It was a good month for me in quantity and quality. |
